The Art-A-Fair Foundation is a non-profit organization working in conjunction with the Art-A-Fair Festival in Laguna Beach California with a mission to promote the growth of art and artists. With the hard work of our members and the generous support of the community and corporate sponsors, the Art-A-Fair Foundation provides ongoing art education and art sponsorship in Southern California. We provide art supplies for school art classes hard hit by cuts to their budgets.    <more>
News
  • May 2010: The Art A Fair Foundation hosted a children's art workshop at the Anaheim Home Show. Over 200 children participated in arts and crafts projects including making dog houses, designing masks and creating beaded jeweler.
  • June 2010:The Art-A-Fair Foundation donated over $1000.00 in supplies for the 2010 All Ages "Make It and Take It" Center at the Art-A-Fair Festival.

  • May 2010:Canadian Artist Caroline Richards won the 2010 T-Shirt Design Competition

  • May 2010: Artist Ralph Burch won the 2010 Art-A-Fair Poster Competition with his Pinup Girl - Fun and Sun in Laguna Beach.

  • May 2010: Student Artists Sloane Loafy and James Bui were chosen for the Student Artist program at the Art-A-Fair Festival 2010.

  • October 2009: Student Artists sold over $5,000 in original artwork, prints and note cards at the Art-A-Fair Festival in Laguna Beach during the Summer of 2009.

  • June 2009: The Art-A-Fair Foundation contributed $1,500.00 to the Meet the Masters Program in Tustin, CA.

  • January 2009:Over $5,000 in art supplies were delivered to Orange County schools.

    2011 Scholarship Applications Closed

    We will be selecting two fine art students who will be awarded scholarships for the 2011 Art-A-Fair Festival Student Artists Program.

    During the summer or 2011, our scholarship winners not only receive the full value of any art sold during the summer season, they also received many other benefits including:

    • Shared exhibit space at the 2011 Art-A-Fair Festival - Valued at approximately $700.00 each
    • Two-dimensional artists receive up to $1,000.00 in custom framing, gicleè reproductions and note-cards of their work.  Three dimensional students receive cash to pay for the cost of supplies for creating their artwork.
    • Student Appreciation day - a dessert social introducing the students to the art community and Art-A-Fair Festival Patrons.
    • Expert mentoring in sales and marketing from seasoned art professionals is available throughout the summer
    • Experience selling directly to customers

    2011 Art A Fair Festival Event Poster

    The 2011 Art A Fair Festival Event Poster will be announced on May 24th and available for sale at the Art A Fair Festival and through the Art A Fair Foundation website.






    The Art A Fair foundation wished to thank Bank of America for its continuous and generous support of the Art-A-Fair Foundation's Art Programs throughout Southern California.
