I have always considered myself a creative person. My earlier works of art were through various mediums that included colored pencil, ballpoint pen, watercolor and acrylic paints. I went through a long period of not using my artistic talents and eventually I discovered photography in 1999. I greatly enjoy using computer manipulation and compositing to set my images apart from standard photographic images.
My past and present accomplishments include exhibits at the Palos Verdes Art Center 2009, the America the Beautiful exhibit at the Dulles Airport 2012, and at the Annual Flower Mart at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C, as well as award winning images displayed at the Orange County Fair, in 2013. Exhibitor at Festival of Arts 2014. My work is being shown at The Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach July-August 2016 and Art-A-Fair June-August 2016.
I was presented with the Master of Photography degree 2012,Photographic Craftsman degree in 2013, and Master Artist degree in 2018 by Professional Photographers of America. Other accomplishments include awards from the top industry organizations, inclusion of images and articles for leading industry journals, and involvement in local, state and national professional associations. I am currently working towards my Master Artist Degree by Professional Photographers of America.
